If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the merchandise. Items postmarked after that date will not be accepted. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged and unused.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 831 624 2327. We will issue a label and instruct you on how to box this item up. The item must be returned in the original packaging---double boxed with our return shipping label on the interior box and our return shipping label on the exterior. Once the package has been properly packaged for the return, we will provide you with the address of the fedex office nearest you that is authorized to accept returns. The package must be scanned at the FedEx office we furnish you in order to activate the insurance.
If you choose to return the item using your own return label, please insure the merchandise for its full value and retain a tracking number. We are not responsible for any items that may be lost or damaged in transit. We do not recommend this method.
