Steve and Rebecca Helmich
Steve's upbringing in California was shaped by parents who cherished quality time with their two children. Together, they explored the western regions, collecting rocks, minerals, and fossils, and attending gem shows. This shared passion eventually culminated in the establishment of a thriving rock, mineral, and supply shop in the late 1960s. Steve actively contributed to the family business, sparking his initial fascination with lapidary work and exquisite gemstones.
Following his father's retirement in 1980, Steve embarked on his own venture in the wholesale gem industry, traversing the globe in search of the finest gemstones. His expertise in selling loose gemstones naturally evolved into the creation of colored stone jewelry—simple yet elegant pendants and earrings crafted with beautiful gemstones, set in yellow or white gold.
Rebecca, on the other hand, began her professional journey as a teenager in 1971, working at her mother's gallery and jewelry store. Her roles encompassed buyer, salesperson, photographer, model, merchandiser, and designer. Together, they owned six successful fine jewelry stores and a designer clothing boutique.
The fateful meeting of Steve and Rebecca at a trade show marked the beginning of their enchanting journey together. Their shared joy lies in offering exquisitely designed, meticulously crafted, and affordably priced fine jewelry to their most cherished customers!
