"The Big Pink", Peruvian pink opal necklace

This luxurious piece of wearable art entitled "The Big Pink", features a Peruvian pink opal encased in a palladium frame with a pure platinum inlay. Diamonds totaling .51 carats, E color internally flawless, with 110 graduated size pink sapphires totaling 1.56 carats, accent the pendant.    It is suspended from a multi-strand stainless steel "Y" necklace.

Note:  Pink opal is a very rare color variety of opal only found in the Peruvian desert and actually is only found in a small area of a few hills near Ica, Peru.
