Barbara Heinrich Blue Sapphire Pendant

18K gold pendant set with a beautiful blue sapphire that weighs .45 carats; the surface texture is created by 18K gold granulation.  The 18K gold chain measures 16" with a 1" extension; the pendant measures .18" in diameter.  Great layering piece!
