Pear Shaped Pink Sapphire Ring

Pretty pear shaped pink sapphire that weighs .78 carats, set in 18k gold with diamond accents that total .10 carats.  The surface texture of the gold is created by 18k gold granules, applied by hand.  It measures .50”. X .16”.  Approximate size 6, easily sized up or down.
